Philippe, who was driven almost to bankruptcy by his own daughter, was eventually executed by the Council of Elders in the Rich District. His indecisiveness had nearly caused the collapse of the entire world order. After his death, the Council swiftly began its purge. The poor were driven back to District 12 and subjected to even harsher controls. Meanwhile, the culprits, Will and Sylvia, had huge bounties placed on their heads.

Filled with deep love and worry for his daughter, Philippe, now remorseful and no longer selfish, was reborn a hundred years in the past, when he was ten years old. This time, he swore to change the world so his daughter would never again be taken from him by a twisted social order. He would use the time he had to make the rotten Council of Elders pay!

But... can somebody explain why the neighbor's son, who went missing years ago, turned out to be that damn Will's father?

"Your son hurt my daughter, so get lost!"

"Huh?"

Close the door and sic the dog on him!
