Tang Jintian, a rising star in the Xijing City police force, is in charge of a new department called the FBI. His team consists of a sniper who can't shoot, a "bomb disposal expert" with questionable intelligence, a data guy who couldn't hurt a fly, and now a violent woman who wants to have his babies. Damn it, can a department like this solve crimes? Tang Jintian is determined to turn these misfits into police force elites, but the major crimes unit keeps sabotaging them, the chief spends all day playing dumb, and, worst of all, even a private detective dares to mock them for being useless.

Tang Jintian is so depressed. Min Shaoyan always wants to compete with him over everything.
When they were kids, Min Shaoyan competed with him for first place.
When they grew up, Min Shaoyan tried to steal his girlfriend.
Now Tang Jintian is the head honcho of the FBI, and Min Shaoyan has become a private detective, opposing him at every turn. He even brazenly squats outside the police station, saying, "The police can't solve crimes. How about hiring me, folks?"
Damn it, they solve crimes, they don't run a business. Can he really steal this too?
Then, in an accident, Min Shaoyan even tried to outdo him at dying. Is this guy addicted to competing with him...
Tang Jintian: Min Shaoyan, why are you always against me? Why are you always against me? Why are you always against me? I have to ask three times.
Min Shaoyan (smiling gently): I just like watching Donald Duck lose his temper, hmm?
