The early years of the Republic of China are my favorite era. The story of Su Ying and Murong Feng was briefly mentioned in "No Time to Say I Love You". I wrote these lines in the original novel: "... Until I met Su Ying, how much she looks like you, Jing Wan, you don't know how much she looks like you. I went to their school at that time, saw her in the crowd from a distance, and immediately made up my mind, I have to get her, no matter who she is, no matter who she is, Who will stop me..." And "... I did all the stupid things and held her up to the sky... I listened to her in everything and promised her everything. Even if she wanted the moon in the sky, I would ask someone to pick it for her... But I couldn't even save her." These few sentences were twisted together to form a story, just to round out my deep love and affection for this work. I wrote it for the gangsters to read, and I also wrote it for myself to read.
