The history books briefly mention a passage like this.
They say that long ago, there was a kingdom called Western Xia, with its capital at Yiyang. Outside Yiyang stood a mountain called White Tansy, where countless unusual flowers and trees grew, and thousands upon thousands of birds and beasts roamed. Strange things were often said to happen there. After many years, later generations looked back through the records, but found no more than fifty or so words. Only by reading tales of the strange and supernatural could one learn that certain things had indeed been lost amid the endless years of the past.
No one knows whether the truth was really so, or whether that kingdom truly had a young lord, as beautiful as a celestial being and skilled in all things. Nor does anyone know whether, atop White Tansy Mountain, there really was a celestial altar, where a girl counted the stars day after day, waiting for her beloved to return.
Oh... A friend messaged me to ask,
