[Dream of the Red Chamber] Care for a Fortune?

~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~After transmigrating into Wang Ren, he becomes Wang Ziteng's son in this life. He's no good at either literature or martial arts, but somehow he can tell fortunes. One look at your face, and I can calculate your whole life. Having "seen through the mortal world," he takes nothing seriously. Though rather than having seen through the mortal world, he simply hates trouble. The Wang family is going to fall, and the Four Great Families are going to be OVER! He doesn't care about the confiscations and executions. He won't take sides in the Nine Princes' succession struggle. Eat, sleep, and flip a coin: living like this for the rest of his life wouldn't be so bad. He likes taking life easy, but someone always comes along and keeps him from enjoying his leisure. P.S.: The relationship between Wang Xifeng and Wang Ziteng is a matter of considerable debate in Dream of the Red Chamber. The biggest question is whether there was a person named Wang Zisheng in the novel. The original version of Dream of the Red Chamber has not been passed down; what survives are handwritten copies with annotations. Some editions mention Wang Zisheng, while others do not. The characters for "sheng" and "teng" looked very similar at the time, so some people think a copying error may have occurred. But the original author is gone, and no earlier version has been found. So even scholars who study Dream of the Red Chamber won't declare for certain whether Wang Xifeng was Wang Ziteng's daughter or niece; they can only discuss how likely each possibility is. So please stop saying I got it wrong. Since I'm writing fanfiction, I can't leave Wang Xifeng's father's identity uncertain. I simply chose the possibility that Wang Xifeng is Wang Ziteng's daughter for this character setup. ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~CP: Yinxiang~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ [Things to Know Before Reading]~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~* Note: 1. The protagonist is the receiving partner, and both leads are each other's only partners. Neither the top nor the bottom will marry or have biological children, though they will adopt a child. 2. The protagonist gets an overpowered golden finger. Things will be out of character for the sake of the protagonist's perfect ending. 3. This story has no logic, so don't nitpick. The style is lighthearted and silly. 4. The people of Dream of the Red Chamber will not be saved. ~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~ [Enjoy Reading]~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~*~* Theme:
