Strange Tales of Liaozhai

Gathering scraps to make a fur robe,

I rashly tried to extend the road to the netherworld.

I set down my brush and filled my cup,

only to write a book of solitary indignation.

To entrust my feelings to it,

is sorrow enough in itself!

-- Pu Songling

This story is adapted from Strange Tales from a Chinese Studio and follows a pure-love storyline.

Jiang Hua: I wanted to become an immortal, but became a demon for you.

Sang Xiao: If you've become a demon, then I will follow you.
