A demon exorcist with off-the-charts combat power who just won't die VS a shameless, lively pheasant with a maxed-out mouth Yu Huang was once a Heavenly Emperor, destined for a life of boundless glory. Instead, he was tricked by the Northern Xuanwu Star Lord, that thousand-year-old turtle, and cast into the cycle of reincarnation, transformed into a proud and strutting speckled rooster. The exorcist Guan Zong found the pheasant Yu Huang and took him home, making him the Guan family's official demon. It was an easy job, summed up in four words: sit tight and wait to be eaten. Life in the mortal world was tough. He had to cling to Guan Zong's leg and ascend as soon as possible, so he could turn back into a phoenix! Reporter: What's your most powerful demon-catching treasure? Guan Zong: The pheasant. Reporter: ?? Yu Huang: Drop dead! Guan Zong: I'd like to, but I just can't die.
