Song of the Gentle Breeze

Among the Nine Heavens lies a wasteland called "Heartless." It is home to a powerful celestial deity named Mu Xi, a guqin spirit born from an instrument. With a single clear rendition of the "Clear Breeze Melody," she can kill without leaving a trace... One day, the Goddess Luo Hua accidentally entered the Soul-Eating Mirror and was drawn into Mu Xi's dreams of three lifetimes past. It was only a dream, and she could change nothing. At first, she merely watched, but in the end, she lost her heart... At the head of the Bridge of Helplessness, beside the lonely bridge, who can promise another a lifetime of peace?

She said, "You made this guqin. To erase your mark, I used my hair for its strings and my withered bones for its frame, then washed it clean with the blood of three lifetimes. Tell me, did it hurt?"

She said, "I never thought we would end up like this. In our first life, you abandoned me for your foolish loyalty. In our second, you abandoned me for all under heaven. In this third life, what will you abandon me for?"...

Their love and resentment stretch on without end. In love, what is right, and what is wrong? If we could start over, would you still love me as you did back then?...
