The Little Chef [Reborn]

This novel is complete. Any updates you see now are just typo fixes or revisions. =3= As a cook in a small restaurant, Jiang Nan was content with his simple life in the south. But on his twenty-sixth birthday, a flowerpot fell from the sky, hit him on the head, and killed him. When he opened his eyes again, he found that his soul had crossed over into an alternate dynasty and been reborn as a young man named Ning Xiuyuan. The young man's family was dirt-poor, and, to top it off, he'd taken in a child! Fortunately, even though he'd gotten a new body, he still had his cooking skills. He could work as a little cook, run a food stall on the side, open a small tavern, and occasionally deal with unreasonable relatives. Life was still pretty comfortable. Except... the child he'd taken in said he liked him. And so Jiang Nan of the previous life, now Ning Xiuyuan, was finally won over. Couple: possessive, devoted top (Mo Fanyu) x hardworking, gentle bottom (Ning Xiuyuan). A little background: The top has an unusual identity, there will be a golden finger and some awful characters. A slow and steady story, 1v1, primarily from the bottom's perspective. This novel enters VIP serialization this Thursday (April 9). There will be three updates that day. Mwah =3= ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A few things to keep in mind: 1. The story doesn't stand up to close scrutiny, and the setting is completely made up. Please treat it as a silly, illogical beginner's story and have a laugh. Readers who want historical accuracy should steer clear. 2. Men and women both exist in this world, but same-sex marriage is legal. 3. If any brainless cannon-fodder side characters show up, it's because the plot needs them. The author will always love sweet, innocent stories. 4. The logic isn't great, so please go easy on the criticism. The author is fragile-hearted /(ㄒoㄒ)/~~ 5. New chapters are posted at 12:20 p.m. Any other updates are just typo fixes.
