What is a sword?
A guardian of the scholar-warrior.
For the martial warrior, metal and stone become a sword;
For the common people, the land becomes a sword;
For the realm, soldiers and generals become a sword.
Reader's guide:
1. I wouldn't call this BL exactly. I just don't know how to define the relationship between the two of them, so let's leave it at that.
2. I'm not trying to redeem Nurhaci. I just think their lives overlapped, so maybe something really did happen between them.
3. This was an assignment for an advanced reading guide. I let my thoughts run from the story of Gan Jiang and Mo Ye. Anyway, it's a short story.
4. Well... if it doesn't suit you, feel free to run away. Oh, and just ignore those cursed character traits _(:з"∠)_
5. This is something I wrote many years ago, anyway _(:з"∠)_
