The Daily Life of a First Wife

Shen Ruzhu, the legal wife of Lord Fu, got into a quarrel with him and was so furious she died. Shen Ruzhu, who had transmigrated here, took the place of the original Shen Ruzhu. The transmigrated Shen Ruzhu couldn't care less whether Fu Mingyi came around or not. If he wanted to go to his concubine, then let him. In this dynasty, a concubine could never outrank the legal wife, and favoring a concubine over one's wife was punishable under the law. Besides, whenever those concubines saw her, the legal wife, wouldn't they have to stand obediently by and serve her? Wouldn't it be wonderful to spend every day eating and drinking while watching the silver pour in? If Fu Mingyi came by, she'd make use of him. If he didn't, she'd have plenty of fun anyway!
