Naruto Fan Fiction: The Wind's Pact

To transmigrate into an anime and change the plot points you can't stand: I think that's something every anime fan dreams of! So, with that feeling in my heart, I made a spectacular transmigration!

Tons of chakra, powerful hand seals for ninjutsu, incredible speed, the ability to summon, a Mangekyo Sharingan, enough to give Orochimaru a run for his money, and a contract with the wind. I've decided: I'm going to turn the Hokage world upside down!
