I've Been Targeted by an Evil Spirit

Because of real-life circumstances, I can't set a fixed update schedule. Sorry! *bows* Please consider adding *Marrying Her Goddess's Brother Because of a Baby* to your reading list, mwah! After switching to her grandpa's phone, Ling Xiao discovered a strange group chat that couldn't be deleted. All the members had Daoist titles, and many were loaded. They loved sending red envelopes... but what on earth was inside them? Ox tears, Heart-Clearing Incantations, charms to ward off evil spirits? There was even a battered iron box. Only after opening it did she realize it contained a sealed evil ghost... The group owner said: Once you take it, it's yours. No returns. :) With the powerful evil ghost keeping a close eye on her, Ling Xiao had no choice but to return to hardcore college entrance exam prep. She spread out a stack of books on the supernatural and began her campaign... to pass the Celestial Master's Qualification Exam _(:з"∠)_ [Announcement: This story will become a paid daily installment on Sunday, March 31, 2019, with three chapters that day! Please show your support =3= Reposting or copying is prohibited.] Reading guide: ① Main pairing: 1v1, ghost gong x human shou. A powerful, aloof ghost gong with overwhelming combat ability x a jumpy, studious Celestial Master shou who can see ghosts. Happy ending. ② The shou doesn't have Yin-Yang Eyes at first. The group chat and the gong are his cheat codes. The gong has a reason for wanting him to become a Celestial Master, which will be explained later. ③ Set in a fictional modern world. Lots of things are made up; this is a whimsical, supernatural romantic comedy meant to make you smile, so don't take it too seriously. ④ Please don't dig up rankings, repost, or make personal attacks. I'm trying to update daily, with Thursdays off to recover. Please bookmark and leave some flowers =3= My completed stories and works with finished drafts are all in my profile.
