[Announcement]
"Fish-lipped mortals are always arrogant in their ignorance, relying on their youth to think too highly of themselves. During the game, their self-importance brings the whole game to a halt. Therefore, the gods have decreed that the game will be reset. The story will remain unchanged, but everything will begin again."
...In other words, the whole story is getting a rewrite.
The author was foolish enough to dig a hole for herself, then got stuck in it and couldn't climb back out. As a result, this story ran into a creative slump and updates stopped. After careful consideration, I've decided to rewrite it.
The plot bug being fixed: The New Prince of Tennis.
The new setting: After The New Prince of Tennis U-17 ends, the princes have moved up to high school. Xiao Bai spent some time at U-17 as a special coaching instructor. Based on when Ema moves into the Asahina household in the original, she is in her third year of high school, so this story takes place during the princes' third year of high school (Xiao Bai's third year of middle school). After U-17, Xiao Bai begins a busy professional tennis career that lasts two years. In the third year, when he is in his third year of high school, he takes a year off and moves into the Asahina household with Ema.
The people Xiao Bai knows, the basic plot, and the character settings will remain unchanged.
The only changes will be to the parts involving The New Prince of Tennis.
So, dear readers, please be patient while I rewrite the story, and then... read it all over again...
Of course, it won't be limited to the three anime series Prince of Tennis, Brothers Conflict, and Kuroko's Basketball anymore. I'll gradually add anime series with relatively safe power levels. Those supernatural beings, Kamen Rider, and Damocles stuff should stay out of this peaceful world.
If I let them in, the world will be destroyed!!! Then what's the point of playing?! Xiao Bai only knows how to play tennis, so he'd be finished for sure!!!
Well, after I finish rewriting all the existing chapters, I'll come up with a new blurb.
=.= The old blurb was invaded by some weird thing called Gongsun Ling or whatever. Damn it, good thing I had a backup! Hehehe!
Wow, after summarizing, I found out that there are really many overlapping voice actors from New Net King, Brother Zhan and Black Basket 233. Although it may not be possible to use them all, just think of it as providing inspiration material for voice actor memes for Scumbag Cat. I have marked w for a few characters that may not be easy to remember. By the way, I have already searched through Baidu for the places that I don't remember clearly, so there shouldn't be any mistakes or omissions... Probably (/ω\)
