Full Throttle

Her Majesty the Queen first disappears, then starts talking about abdicating... But what does that have to do with the owner of my little coffee shop in the middle of nowhere?! Sure, I took her in, and apparently I was her first love. But my sister says, “If the Queen quietly settles down as the unremarkable, carefree owner of a little coffee shop... Brother, do you think that’s a fitting ending for a queen?”, I see. My mission is to give the monarchy a spectacular finale... Clearly, I’m the only one suited to such an important task! After all, I’m descended from Viking pirates!

Of all the stories I posted on JJ, this was the first one I finished. My style back then was a little different from what it is now. Most of my other works from that period don’t stand up to scrutiny, but this one has always been my favorite.
