The Heavy Sword (Lu Xiaofeng Fanfiction, Xiye)

Two figures trample the highest seat of power in the mortal world beneath their feet. The Forbidden City, a battle between them. Are the legends of the martial world true or false? Ascending to immortality on a crane, becoming a god amid flying snow: where will they go, and what will become of them? It was a beautiful dream. From then on, I walked the path of the sword to its highest peak, though the cold pierced to my bones. It was a nightmare. The broken sword fell silent, and life and death showed no mercy. Two swords linked two parallel lines. When the sword breaks, so does the bond. The sword remains, but its wielder is gone. The dream is over. Everything must move on. Who is Ximen Chuixue? Who is Ye Gucheng? Who lives in White Cloud City? Who lives in Ten-Thousand Plum Manor? What is it that I don't understand? What is it that you don't understand? I am here. Where are you? You are there. I am here.
