This world is bizarre and impossible to make sense of, because he discovers that all the other rookies have been reborn along with him.

So the rookies have to keep working hard while living a leisurely life of eating and sleeping. Conquering the world is too boring, but at the very least, they should make sure there isn't so much fighting and killing.
