2023 note: I recommend starting from Chapter 97! Some of the earlier chapters have been revised and some have not, so the writing quality is uneven.
Some danmei recommendations~ These are mostly novels I’ve read and thought were pretty good or at least decent. Almost all are told from the shou’s perspective, though I’ll note the occasional exception.
The ones I really love get a five-star rating (that’s just my personal opinion).
I have broad tastes and prefer fantasy genres. I read less historical xianxia and interstellar fiction. Most of my recommendations are likely to be fantasy, such as supernatural and metaphysical stories, myths and legends from the Classic of Mountains and Seas, Western fantasy, sword and sorcery, online games, and authors’ own imaginative worlds and ideas.
Anyway, if I think a story is good, I’ll write about it.

2022.7.6: I’ve been organizing these recommendations from 2015 to 2022, and my reading tastes have changed quite a bit along the way (there are also plenty of books I never added here at all). Looking through the list now, I’ve retained only a vague impression of most of the books I liked back then. I can’t even remember some of them, while a few are still favorites to this day. I made extensive revisions in 2018, and have now tweaked the summaries a little based on what I remember.

The ending of this article really made me depressed. It felt like be. The protagonist thought he was a third-time person and was struggling. In fact, he was a second-time person. Zhou Gong Mengdie, or a butterfly dreaming of Zhou Gong?
