To be honest, when I first saw the relaxed and sweet painting style, I thought it was half AU, where two people successfully rebelled or something. I cried when I saw the ending I didn't expect it to be a BE in the end. These two people have not seen each other again for thirty-four years. They are in the same bed, have different dreams, fall in love, kill each other, and have memories of killing. It is simply cruel.
