The Unbearably Long Wait for Love in Showbiz

I always have the same sad dream: I dream that you love me deeply.

I love you, so I'm willing.

When she was eighteen, he puffed out his still-babyish cheeks and said with utmost seriousness, "Big Sis, don't be sad. I'll take responsibility for you."

When she was thirty-three, he had become a top male star. He flashed her a wicked smile and said, "Sis, don't worry. I always keep my word. Besides, if I don't go to hell, who will?"

P.S. The main plot follows the tangled, hilarious history between a top-tier male star and a washed-up, pitiful actress.

The subplot follows the careers of the male and female leads, especially the heroine's, which are as tumultuous as her bustline.

One-line pitch: A sweet, sweet, sweet romance between a pig-raising whiz and a business tycoon.

An orphanage is home to a pair of abandoned twin sisters.

The older sister is simplehearted, brash, and childish. The younger sister is ladylike, gentle, and precocious.

The older sister is adopted by a farming family in the mountains, while the younger sister is adopted by a business couple.

Fifteen years later, the older sister has become the village's pig-raising whiz, while the younger sister has become a socialite in high society.

But life is full of surprises. The business family hopes the younger sister will win over a business tycoon and lead the whole family to the top. Then an accident leaves an ugly scar on her face. While she recovers, they have no choice but to send her older sister to take her place and date the tycoon.

And so...

The elegant, graceful, delicate woman the tycoon had imagined turns out to swat cockroaches, slaughter chickens, and chase off thugs with her bare hands right in front of him.

Older sister: "Don't be scared. You're my man, and I won't let anyone mistreat you." (Winks seductively.)

Tycoon: Did we get the wrong script...
