How to Sever All Ties with the Immortal Realm

To save the people of the Nine Realms, Immortal Lord Qingyang swore an oath atop the Ascension Platform: he would not return to the Immortal Court until the calamity threatening the Nine Realms was eliminated. Several thousand years have passed since he left the Ascension Platform. Now Immortal Lord Qingyang has been reincarnated into the human race. His surname is Han, his given name is Xiao, and his courtesy name is Jinyu. He is, in fact, a... poor scholar. At sixteen, he is already a graceful young gentleman, with both parents alive and a loving family. As their only son, he is quite the rare catch. But aren't there a few too many people coming to ask for his hand? . . Everyone says Young Master Han is as elegant as an orchid and as graceful as jade, but no one knows he's a complete and utter romantic idiot. Getting him to understand love is harder than becoming the Heavenly Emperor. Why is Immortal Lord Qingyang so hopelessly dense, no matter how many times he is reincarnated? This story features all kinds of ghost stories and tales of the supernatural, which the protagonist dismisses with a single sentence: he won't entertain talk of spirits and strange forces. His lovers from past lives are all powerful figures in their own realms. Those former lovers who have failed countless times still refuse to give up, and keep trying to steal their "true love" from his current lover. . . At long last, the troublesome "life's-winner, everyone's-beloved" Immortal Lord Qingyang, who should have been burned at the stake, is gone! The girls of the Immortal Realm throw a feast to celebrate. Then the girls of the other realms get upset. Damn it, why has Immortal Lord Qingyang been reincarnated into our realm to cause trouble? . . Of all hardships, death is the hardest to face.
