[Football] I Want to Go Home (Body Swap, KC, Kaka/Caroline)

Kaka wakes up and finds himself back at Real Madrid from Milan. His wife and children are gone, and his best friend has become his boyfriend. Well, he should look on the bright side: at least he can play in the World Cup right on his doorstep. But... Carol, Luca, Isabella, I miss you! KAKA opens his eyes, and the whole world is upside down. He's riddled with injuries and has inexplicably transferred back to Milan. Worst of all, he now has a wife and children, while Cris, the man he'd finally gotten together with, has an illegitimate child and a girlfriend he's about to marry. His wife is gentle and beautiful, his children clever and adorable, but all I want is my Cris! So begins the story of a good husband, good father, and devoted boyfriend trying to get back to their own homes while doing everything they can to keep their identities secret. Kaka from the real world and KAKA from a sweet KC romance world switch places, and the two worlds are told in alternating chapters. As for the pairings, well, I've sent the male and female leads to the other world. You tell me! The two worlds are told at the same time, and the chapter titles will tell you which is which. I'm only a casual football fan. I'll do my best with the research, so please forgive any oversights.
