The story skips over the period when the main plot takes place, so even readers like me who haven't watched all of Bleach can enjoy it.
You could say this is a new story set in the world of Bleach.
That said, it portrays quite a few Bleach characters negatively, especially the Kuchiki family... If that's not your thing, don't click.

They simply want to do something before they disappear completely, so someone will remember them one more time. Whether for something ugly or something beautiful, the desire to be remembered has never been so intense, so desperate to leave proof that they once existed in this world...
That's the whole story. It's as commonplace as they come, and has nothing to do with romance.
