[Transformers] From the Deep

Hey, there's a lonely mermaid here. Her favorite thing is to pick up the other person's radio signals and chat now and then, even though most of the time she's the only one talking. "Soundy." She blows bubbles in her blue aquarium. Her blue tail fin turns almost transparent in the light, swaying gently and releasing a stream of air bubbles. "Across the Atlantic, at the very bottom of the Strait of Gibraltar, there's a fantastical kingdom..." Her blue eyes are full of warmth and longing. "Did you know?" She presses her small hand to the clear glass, as if it were touching his on the other side. "A mermaid can only die at dawn, when the sun rises. That's when our bodies turn to bubbles and vanish into the wind without a trace." Mermaids are mysterious, beautiful creatures from fantastical fairy tales. They are born deceivers. When you gaze into those sea-blue eyes, let your eyes linger on her translucent tail fin, watch the blue scales gleam dazzlingly against the light, and listen to the ancient, lofty tones of her whispered song, yet another ship falls silent across the ocean. A little mermaid who accidentally appears in California is captured by humans, then rescued through a twist of fate. PS: Originally titled The Tale of the Sea. TFP storyline. The whole story will probably be very sweet, with some banter and occasional mild angst that won't do any harm. It's a medium-length story, lighthearted and heartwarming throughout, born from the author's imagination running wild. The male lead is PAPA, forever my favorite.
