Spring Ink Blossom

I just got back from wandering around Xi'an, and now, at a leisurely pace, I'm starting a new story. Still short and sweet, and it won't be long. I'll update daily and try to write quickly. It's been ages since I last wrote historical danmei, so I'm rusty. This'll be good practice~ So, this story is about a Taoist priest with a painfully low IQ, an emperor with a painfully low EQ, and an innkeeper who's painfully lacking in both IQ and EQ, and the love and grudges that span a thousand years between them… [The protagonists slap the author flying] Ahem, seriously now. It's just an ordinary little story. There's no five hundred glances exchanged in a past life that lead to brushing past each other in this one, and no praying before Buddha for a thousand years so he might let me share a brief bond with you. This is a story about missed chances and finding one's match. In this story, the past is gone like an empty dream, the present is new again, and every one of us will eventually find our place amid the crowds that come and go.~ Theme:
