[Quick Transmigration] Why Should I Have to Put Up with This?

Description:

My first attempt at a quick transmigration story with warped morals and a vendetta!

Whether I am a man, a woman, or not even human,

I have only one rule:

Repay resentment with resentment, repay kindness tenfold, and never put up with anything!

The protagonist starts out human. I still haven't decided whether they're a man or a woman, though I lean toward making them a man, and it doesn't really matter anyway.

The eras they transmigrate into may be modern, ancient, or even in the future.

The bodies they transmigrate into may belong to men, women, or nonhumans.

And the category of nonhumans includes someone who says, "I'm just a dog," but isn't only a dog.

I can't say for sure what else there'll be.

As for the morals... I feel like the values in my previous stories were all pretty upright, but I don't want this one to be.

So the protagonist won't be forgiving and repaying evil with good, or tirelessly bearing every burden. Just like the title says: Why should I put up with it? Why should I have to endure it?

This story is the product of me being driven nearly crazy by life.

But given my usual tendency to put up with things, perhaps the protagonist won't go too far in seeking revenge either.

Well, what counts as too far is really a matter of opinion. Everyone will feel differently.

The story will probably still be mainly about wish fulfillment, though there may be some sad moments, and the ending could be happy or sad.

P.S.

The protagonist has no romantic pairing. Even if they might have a companion in some lifetime, that doesn't count as a pairing. As for the side pairings, they could be man and woman, two men, two women, or all sorts of nonhumans. If that sort of thing bothers you, enter with caution. Please don't compare rankings.

P.P.S.

The update schedule is also going rogue...

You can tell from the fact that I'm opening this story even though I already have two ongoing projects, one of which has a guaranteed minimum of 3,000 words a day, with a goal of 6,000 and a hope of reaching 9,000...

But I promise I won't abandon this story. If you'd like to join me in going rogue, feel free to add me to your favorites, dear readers ╭(╯3╰)╮
