The young mage Ke Wen is invited by his classmate Saikesi to study the mysterious city of Oheren, which comes from another world.
Documents left behind in the city tell of a mage named Aode Youtisi, known as the "Magic Emperor," who once fought using ancient human magical devices against the evil force known as the "Dark Steppers." Ke Wen and Saikesi's goal is to return to Oheren's past and meet this Magic Emperor.
But when they travel to that distant land, they find Aode still an apprentice, along with his friend Lai Po, who calls himself a swordsman but is really just a general-store clerk.
Following the young Magic Emperor's journey as he grows up, and adventuring alongside him, might make for a pretty good trip, right?
Then why is Ke Wen so completely captivated by Lai Po?
They come from different worlds and different times, and Lai Po even has an ambiguous relationship with Aode. Is this romance doomed to go nowhere?

Forgot to rate! Come back to make up for it. There is an author whose writing is somewhat similar to Dada's setting. I don't know if you have heard of Dada. Her name is Matthia. She also writes very well. (What is it about my mentality that I particularly hope that the author I like will be sympathetic to each other? I actually imagined that you met because of this clue of mine, and then one day discussed the cuteness of the mage character while sipping coffee in a coffee shop. Once again, the brainstorming is really terrible...%>_<%).
I loved it. I shed a lot of tears. When Sikes and his brother reunited in the middle, I cried to death. I was so moved!!! Check it out and write a special article for Sykes. I like his character. It's great. I thought I could assign him to Oud. But it's a pity. Woohoo.
Ah, spies are really easy to guess.
Suddenly I felt that Ke Wen was so weak. The author wrote it very well, but Ke Wen's sense of presence couldn't be lower. I was desperately trying to find the shining point of the protagonist.
Thumbs up, I love the author.
I actually found an article that has been completed. Let me clear the air first. The main attack should be the main one~
The author greatly duplicates the content of this chapter and Chapter 6. Please revise it QAQ
I finished reading it in one go and there was a pile of napkins on the table. . . I think this ending is very unfair to Odd. It would be more natural if it ended with a reunion and farewell in the dark, but then again if I knew it was sad, I probably wouldn't have watched it. . . I'm so confused~ No matter what, I'm really lucky to be able to see big articles again~~
It takes about 5 refresh attempts to leave a message~~No wonder there are so few messages
For the reunion after separation, I like the name of this chapter. I feel awkward every time Ke Wen and Sykes interact. . . . Maybe it's because the methods the two of them take when encountering problems are always not in line with ordinary people's priorities, but inexplicably choose the one that will promote the development of the plot. . . Then when we talk to each other, I always feel that the logic cannot be rounded out.
