In This Life, You Owe Me a Hug

I once thought life was like smoke, like a dream, with no expectations and no love.

I once thought love was a game, with dreams and shadows as companions. I wouldn't care, and I'd hold on to the one I loved most.

I once thought that if I gave my heart sincerely and worked hard, love would eventually bloom, as Heaven rewards diligence.

I once thought that your arrival could melt my frozen heart, and that love would bear fruit in the end.

But even the sky is laughing at how naive I am.
