[The Kyuubi's Bizarre Adventure / Gyuuki X Maotoumaru] By Your Side

Bright sunlight filtered through the dense leaves, casting hazy shafts of light across the ground. A boy with indigo hair stood some distance away, quietly watching a black-haired boy holding a sword. The sword rose and fell, while the black-haired boy standing ahead kept his back perfectly straight. Light and shadow mingled. Behind him, the indigo-haired boy smiled, his lips curving in a gentle grin. As the indigo-haired boy stood there in a daze, the black-haired boy turned and strode past him in two or three steps, leaving a quiet remark as he went. "Keep up, Matomaru." The indigo-haired boy behind him beamed and hurried after him, running up to his side and calling out, "Wait for me, Ushimaru!" A breeze from afar gently brushed the black-haired boy's upturned lips. Looking at the boy beside him, he had a clear, warm smile in his eyes. "All I need is for you to stay by my side."
