Kid, I'm the Nine-Tails

[The main story is not told in first person] Kurama: After peace returned to the ninja world, the will of the world came to me. It said there were many other small universes out there. Each universe had all kinds of "protagonists," and I could take part in their stories as a sort of "cheat ability." (By the way, it said I was Naruto's cheat ability, too.) Lots of kids, some like Naruto and some not? I was definitely interested. I got to witness all kinds of protagonists' lives, but found them less interesting than I'd imagined. The sunnier and cuter the protagonist, the more annoyed I felt. Why did they all get to grow up surrounded by love, while Naruto couldn't? Later, I saw Natsuki Rika's life. That kid was such a... failure. She was just as stubborn as Naruto, except the person she stubbornly loved was a complete scumbag. He fed on her affection, heartlessly stole her inspiration and manga, tossed her a little money to get rid of her, and didn't even thank her. He had never treated her like a girlfriend, either. When she agreed to date him, he said, "I think of you as my best friend. If you insist on dating, I can't promise you anything, but I'll try to learn to like you..." Those absurd words still made that kid Natsuki as happy as if she'd received some great favor... Emmmm... Getting this kid out of the mire looks like quite a challenge, but I've already come up with a plan to appear before her. Theme: Everyone hates me, but he treats me like a friend.
