Tales of the Dry Well

Those who died in reality Are trapped in dark, desire-filled dreams For this life and the next Life and death never meet again Dim lights glow quietly Three thousand red ribbons dance lightly Hundreds of feet of flowers in bloom Yet none can match the graceful lotus steps beneath her feet She spins and looks back Dancing a song of world-stirring beauty Washing away the dust of the mortal world, leaving it to fade
