Never Part

When I was very young, my father and I lived in the mountains. Every day I followed him around: he went out to gather herbs, while I went off to play. My father always told me, "You have a husband whose health is poor. You need to study medicine and cure him. He was born with an illness, so he won't be easy to treat. Study hard, and you'll be able to take care of him someday." So I studied medicine with my father. I always knew I would have a frail husband, and that I would treat him, care for him, and help him live a good, long life.
