I Hate Your Ex

Whenever we meet someone we want to love, we tell ourselves, "Maybe this time, it'll be for a lifetime." But life is short, while a lifetime is so very long. By now, that person who could be with me for a lifetime has never existed...

Zhou Xiaoxiao met Ran Yuqing at the lowest point in her life. She was crouched by the roadside, as pitiful as an abandoned puppy. Her ex had dumped her, her parents were pressuring her to go on blind dates, and she didn't have a single true friend. To make matters worse, she'd left the only thing of value she owned in a taxi... Ran Yuqing took pity on her and put her up for the night out of simple kindness. Little did she expect that in a single night, their relationship would make a dramatic leap from strangers to lovers...

This is the story of an unlucky woman who, after being dumped, is plagued by insecurity and ends up dragging another woman into her troubles. Then they fall in love, hold each other's hands, gaze at one another's beauty, and somehow end up growing old together...

Zhou Xiaoxiao: Ran Yuqing, do you love me?

Ran Yuqing: ...

Zhou Xiaoxiao: Will you fall out of love with me?

Ran Yuqing: ...

Zhou Xiaoxiao: Will you love me for the rest of your life?

Ran Yuqing: ...

Zhou Xiaoxiao: Will you love me forever and never leave me, even when you die?

Ran Yuqing: ...

Zhou Xiaoxiao: Why aren't you answering me? Don't you love me anymore?

Ran Yuqing: I love you...

Zhou Xiaoxiao: You're just humoring me!

Ran Yuqing: I hate your ex...
