Strange Tales from a Chinese Studio is made up of many short stories, each of them independent. Feel free to pick whichever ones you like.
Why Sunset started this project: I happened to pick up Strange Tales from a Chinese Studio and was deeply captivated by its stories. But classical Chinese is difficult to understand, and I wasn't happy with the existing modern Chinese versions, so I got the idea to translate it myself, partly for fun and partly for practice. I thought it would be better to share the enjoyment, so here I am. If you like it, please give it a thumbs-up~ Hehe~ That will motivate Sunset to translate more.
These translations don't follow the original word for word. I've added some personal touches, while making sure the content stays true to the original stories. I hope they're easy to read while still preserving the original flavor of Strange Tales from a Chinese Studio.
My plan is to translate the most compelling stories. If there's a story you'd like to read, leave Sunset a comment, and I'll do my best to make it happen.
One more thing: about updates, Sunset is swamped with work, so updates will be irregular. I hope you'll understand.
