[Horror Crossover] This Godforsaken World

The female lead transmigrates at random. What she transmigrates into depends on the circumstances: she might be the protagonist, a supporting character, or a cannon-fodder character. It all depends on the author's mood... (╯-╰)/ The initial worlds have been decided: various horror, thriller, mystery, superhero, and animated movies... This is a story that transmigrates through multiple worlds. There's some romantic tension, but no CP. Each story will take three to five chapters. That's it... Thank you all for your support A lot of readers have asked whether the first story in this novel is original. Xiaoyu would like to clarify that it is based on a touching short film called My Dad Is a Zombie. If you're interested, you can go watch it. P.S. I know that by writing this, a lot of people will say I'm acting like a self-righteous white lotus and trying to clear my name. I'm not trying to clear my name. I wrote this only to apologize. This apology is two months late. Today, I finally found the courage to post it. Luo Da's horror crossover novel is the best one I've ever read. I can't speak for what came after it, but no horror crossover novel before it could compare. If I said now that I was Luo Da's die-hard fan, I doubt anyone would believe me. But it's true. I started following Luo Da's novel as soon as it began, and never missed a chapter. I love Luo Da's writing and stories, and I shared and recommended them to my friends. One of the main reasons I wrote a horror crossover novel was Luo Da's influence. I loved it so much that I wanted to try writing one myself, with my own stories. The Sixth Sense is my favorite movie. I've watched it more than ten times, and I can recite many of its scenes from memory. When I wrote my version of The Sixth Sense, I truly wasn't thinking of plagiarizing. I looked up a lot of material: reviews, plot breakdowns, character analyses. I really did research a lot. What I didn't realize was just how deeply Luo Da's novel had stayed in my mind. When I saw those comparisons, I couldn't believe what I'd done. I always thought I was writing based on the original movie. I truly believed that, and that's what I kept telling the readers of my novel. I swear I didn't copy Luo Da's original text while writing. I swear. Maybe deep down I knew I'd done something wrong, because in the movies that followed, I didn't write about any of the same movies as Luo Da. I was afraid I would once again write things that had been etched into my heart, things that were identical or similar. I'm not writing this to make excuses. Writing the same things unconsciously is still plagiarism. Wrong is wrong, no matter how I try to explain it. Luo Da, I am truly sorry. I offer you my deepest apologies here, and sincerely hope you can forgive me. As for the premise, what I wanted to write was that the bed was a passageway connecting to another world, created by a higher-level deity who chose humans as test subjects and made them undergo terrifying experiences. The harm has already been done, and I don't know how to make it right. All I can do is write my apology here. I am so, so sorry for hurting the author I love most. I deeply regret it. I'm sorry. This apology is two months late, but I've finally found the courage to post it. I'm sorry, I'm sorry. I'll also put this apology on my novel's page and leave my mistake there for everyone to see. I will never change it. Luo Da, I'm sorry. I hope you'll still let me be your fan in the future. Theme: Good and evil are eventually repaid. It's not that there is no retribution, just that the time has not yet come.
