Thus, these nine tomb-raiding families were collectively known throughout the martial world as the "Nine Gates Viceroys."

Smashing the ashtray... Reminds me of the scene in The Stealing Book where Wu Xie pretends to be the third master and smashes Pan Zi. TAT
