(Starry Sky) Awkwardness and Tenderness

Who says awkwardness and tenderness have nothing in common? They both have a quiet, smoldering side. This story could also be called "Keeping My Feelings Bottled Up, Getting All Worked Up, and Pretending to Stay Calm While Waiting to See Who Cracks First," "How to Win Over Your Childhood Friend Without Them Ever Knowing," or "My Loyal Puppy Is a Secret Dom, a Walking Jealousy Machine, and Here's How I Handle Him with Ease."

"Um, Arashi..."

"What?"

"I could keep cooking for you forever, Arashi."

"...I'd still have to pay for the gas and ingredients, right...?"

"...Of course I'll pay for the gas and ingredients."

1. A lighthearted style, a little literary, mock-snarky, occasionally melodramatic, and genuinely sweet!

2. Heroine: pretends to be expressionless, sarcastic, and sharp-tongued; really, she's awkward and secretly tender.

3. Pairing: Dong Yue Xiye. A little devious, truly gentle, totally devoted, extremely jealous, and secretly domineering. What's not to love?

4. The story follows the plot. I've only played the game, so everything will follow the game. I'll include relevant dialogue from the original story to keep things flowing and make it easier for readers who haven't played the game.

5. For some of the details, I've consulted the official guidebook. Where it doesn't provide anything, I've had to make things up myself. Some of the holidays in the game don't match the real-world dates. The astronomy mentioned in the story is all based on things I looked up online, so please don't take it all as fact!

6. The ending is definitely happy!
