I dedicate this story to the great Blood Red. I especially loved Against the Dragon Path when I read it back in the day. It was brimming with bromance. Some readers felt that certain plot points later in the story could have been better, especially the lackluster showing by Reinhardt's official love interest, Wei, the daughter of the God of the Seasons. Hehe, that gives me more room to let my imagination run wild. To preserve the original's humor as much as possible, most of the early story follows Blood Red's original. I've only cut or changed a few parts and added some BL elements. Of course, I also made up a male lead for Reinhardt. The plot in the middle and later parts will have more significant changes.
