The fairy tales we grew up hearing were always beautiful.
The princesses would all live happily ever after with their princes.
But no matter how lovely and alluring the ending, it can't hide the pain of the journey.
[Scene One]
"Hehe... At last... It's so wonderful to see you again~" I seemed to hear a boy say from behind me. Puzzled, I glanced back at the boy standing in the snow. Strands of blue were mixed in with his black hair. He smiled at me, looking just like a little fox, and his soft voice rang out again. "God bless you!"
[Scene Two]
The boy curled his lips in a bewitching smile and held out his tender palm to catch the falling snow. To everyone's astonishment, the crystal-clear snowflakes didn't melt. They simply rested on his hand. His eyes glittered, concealing some emotion, as he looked toward the direction I'd gone. "This time, I'm the one taking you home!"
[Scene Three]
"Didn't you want to find a princess you truly love and marry her? Princes these days are such a pain..." He then glanced at Lanjia and added, "Princesses are even worse!"
"H-how did you find out about that?!" Muse stammered in embarrassment, as if he'd been found out.
"Obviously, Jiayi told me. He found all sorts of wizards and witches and cursed several princesses so you could rescue them~ He said you helped him out, so he wanted to grant your wish, too. Pick a princess you like, take her home, and get married~"
The plot is nonsense, but the ending is a dream!
