Harriet Watson: Harriet Watson (John Watson's older sister, nicknamed Harry)

Mycroft Holmes: Mycroft Holmes (Sherlock's older brother, nicknamed Mike, "a minor civil servant in a lowly position")

Louise Holmes: Louise Holmes (the protagonist of this story, Sherlock's older sister and Mycroft's younger sister, nicknamed Lou)

Fiona Holmes: Fiona Holmes (the mother of Mycroft, Louise, and Sherlock)

Theodore Holmes: Theodore Holmes (the current head of the Holmes family, father of Mycroft, Louise, and Sherlock, who once called himself "a minor civil servant in a lowly position")

Jim Moriaty: Jim Moriaty [also known as James Moriaty] (a consulting criminal who considers himself "number one in the world")

Sebastian Moran: Sebastian Moran (Moriaty's most trusted sharpshooter, said to have served in the military)

Garison Moriaty: Garison Moriaty (a criminal, arrogant and conceited, yet extremely clever. Theodore Holmes's nemesis, whom he regards as his sole rival in life). Jim Moriarty's father.

Spencer Reid: A character from the American TV series Criminal Minds. He has an IQ of 187, an exceptional memory, three PhDs and two master's degrees, but poor social skills. He is innocent and shy, and is nicknamed the little doctor, among other things.
