Granning Marsh starts out as a nobody and grows into a seasoned villain, transmigrating through all kinds of worlds. His main task is to maneuver between villains and protagonists as they fight, constantly tripping them both up, destroying the villains, taking down the protagonists, and obtaining each world's core of energy. In the end, he becomes a seasoned villain.
But even he can stumble. Unluckily, while fighting the protagonist, he uses a power that defies the laws of the world and is swept into a space-time rift, landing in the HP universe to recover from his injuries. But as a seasoned villain, how could he give up the path to becoming the King of Villains over a little injury? So...
