Sean is an agent of the Superpower Criminal Investigation Bureau. He and his robot partner Brian were both seriously injured in an accident.
Sean is brain damaged and Brian is almost completely destroyed.
In order to save Sean, the hospital transplanted Brian's electronic center to him.
From then on, Sean had to endure his best friend and crush chattering in his head 24 hours a day.
