I have a huge grudge against the ending of Portrait. If I didn't want to watch the plot for myself, I would never play that ending. Apart from the promised ending, the game itself is quite sad [in my opinion], so when I read the fanfic, I always hope for a good ending - regardless of whether Garry can appear or not, I just want them to be together.
