Princess Yimeiqin

I'm Yimei, the guzheng princess and Chinese-American beauty. I go mad for love, while the frustrated piano prince falls for someone else. The American boy who pursues me is willing to wait hundreds of years. The man I love deeply, however, has abandoned me time and again. Even two hundred years ago, when the man I loved sat upon the emperor's lofty throne, I was only her substitute. Who is she? What kind of power does she possess, that my love can never bear fruit and my hatred can never last?
