I first wrote "Not Yet" because I saw the potential to become a man in every boy who had not yet grown handsome or tall.
A girl said she wanted to read the story I won an award for, so I posted it here. But winning an award doesn’t mean the story is all that good.
My teacher said he appreciated the literary potential I showed, but that the narration was one-note.
I won’t deny it. This is just a very simple little story I wrote in my senior year of high school, back when I was still immature.
If you want a gripping plot, you can skip this one. If you’re looking for a bit of emotion, feel free to take a look.
As you like.
Theme:
I just thought of a lyric: I feel a little lonely without you. Yes, alone. Although life still goes on, we have already agreed, and you will always be Peter Pan in my memory. It feels a little lonely to be away from you.
