Coming Home (Sherlock)

*Spoiler warning: Readers who haven't watched Sherlock Season 2 should think carefully before reading. I can say with certainty that any spoilers will diminish the experience of watching the show, and for this story, that would be a real shame.* [Sherlock Fan Fiction] The Return Rating: K+ to T (film rating equivalent: PG-13 to R) Author: Wuxu Xuwu Disclaimer: I own none of the characters or locations in this story, except for those not found in the original work. Synopsis: *The “returns after ten years” trope* *This story was stuck on a USB drive, and I was afraid the new season would come out and face-slap me with the reveal, so I'm posting it first* *Looks like the trailer has already face-slapped me* Suddenly, I realized ten years had passed. John Watson: ten years of life without Sherlock Holmes. Then an unexpected visitor appeared. *The whole story is from Watson's POV, in first person. There may be OOC; if that's not your thing, feel free to leave.* *Spoiler alert: Peanut has become a father and has a son with him. The story takes place after the Reichenbach Fall in S02E03. There's only a touch of bromance, not danmei. I haven't read the original books. Given my obsessive-compulsive tendencies, that's pretty unbelievable. But after watching both seasons and all six episodes of Sherlock, I couldn't resist the urge to write this. I'm posting my unfinished work before Season 3! *Abandoned-abyss warning! These drafts have been piling up for over a year, which gives you an idea of how fast I write... *The author's real life is far too eventful, and I'm currently living a life full of unfinished stories that never get updated. *So far, everything has been posted by my scheduled-posting system. The author herself is sometimes in a different time zone. If you like it, please bookmark and comment, and maybe take the author home too~
