A Ran Can Never Remember

[Synopsis]

Hua Ran was the one and only disciple of the High God Chong Qi, but endured constant torment. Unable to take it any longer, she went out to take on disciples, only to fall into the trap of the demon Bei Qinwu and land in the arms of the Demon Lord Qi Heng. Qi Heng treated her with easy familiarity. Although her master had warned her to stay away from the Demon Lord, she felt she had known Qi Heng for a long time.

Whether it was food or storybooks, the two of them were separated by two realms, yet he quietly spoiled her, little by little. By a mist-white pavilion, beside a lake edged with lotus blossoms and willows, she finally remembered: the day she took physical form, Heaven sent down its punishment, forty-two bolts of lotus-born dust-and-auspiciousness thunder and fire. She became an immortal, he became a demon, and they parted for hundreds of years.
