I used to find the Bible very obscure and difficult to understand. But it seemed like a door had opened for me. It's like rewriting the Bible. Instead of telling stories, there are prophecies and interpretations of oracles, and memories and dreams singing Psalms and Songs of Songs. But the great Lord is Eros and Thanatos in two persons. There is the sweetest love and the most confronting death. There is detachment and proximity, but they are only God's poems and have nothing to do with the majestic destiny of the human world.
