Nineteen years ago, the Demon Cult joined forces with the Five Poisons Cult of the Western Regions to invade the Central Plains. Countless people on both sides were killed or wounded.
That winter solstice, a physician named Yan Gui appeared in the martial world. With miraculous skill, they healed the sick and saved the dying, treating everyone, whether they belonged to the Demon Cult or the Central Plains.
In early spring the following year, the leader of the Qingcheng Sect dealt the Demon Cult leader a grievous blow at Tianyuan Platform, and the Demon Cult suffered a crushing defeat. The Demon Cult leader died of his injuries, and the Qingcheng Sect's name spread far and wide throughout the martial world after that battle. The two sides agreed that members of the Demon Cult would not set foot in the Central Plains for the next twenty years. That same year, the Demon Cult leader's daughter, the cult's next Holy Maiden, vanished without a trace. Yan Gui went into seclusion and has been missing ever since. No one knows where they went.
Yan Qianqian [flips the table]: "Weren't your injuries all healed?!"
Gu Junchen [calmly]: "No."
Yan Qianqian [flips the table]: "How is that possible?!"
Gu Junchen [glances sideways]: "Want me to take it off and show you?"
Yan Qianqian: "..."
It's pretty good, keep it up~
