A basic rule of RPGs: The protagonist always starts out as a kid from the mountains who knows nothing, but can easily crush all kinds of bosses. Whether they’re big or small, none can escape the protagonist’s clutches. A basic rule of RPGs: Something important always happens between the protagonist and the heroine. The heroine always has an amazing background, though naturally, there are exceptions where she comes from humble origins. A basic rule of RPGs: Besides the protagonist, there’s always a second male lead with a more impressive background, a more handsome face, and a higher starting point. He’s usually the protagonist’s best buddy or something. A basic rule of RPGs: The protagonist always has a kind heart that pities all living things, and the noble resolve to sacrifice himself for the world. This is what sets the tragedy in motion. This is the story of a shut-in playing a game at home, getting so frustrated by its difficulty that he angrily banged his head against the keyboard and accidentally died. Of course, the world likes to play tricks now and then. For example, he gets transported into the game, beats some bosses, woos some girls, gets together with a buddy, and saves a little world or two. This is the story of a shut-in striving to better himself. In the end, it’s just a story about a man transported into the game he was playing. P.S. Actually, this is a serious story.
